All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the order is placed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country. Wienieday is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at Xinru24118@outlook.com. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier and work with you to resolve the issue.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Wienieday is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
